What I Want

I want to have a day that’s more than mundane,

I want to wake up without a body in pain,

I want to feel like I’m living life once more,

I want to live life like it’s not a chore,

I want to laugh and smile with my friends,

I want to drive fast on a road with no bends,

I want find that winning lottery ticket,

I want to tell some of my bosses where to stick it,

I want the feeling of doing right by myself,

I want to enjoy all of life’s wealth,

I want to see the world and to travel,

I want to witness all of the mystery’s unravel,

I want see so many more concerts,

I want to party in the deserts,

I want a love that I can feel and not just see,

I want a good woman who wants me for me.
