Whenever you needed me I was always there,
You knew that I would because I cared,
Through all your troubles, heartache and fears,
You came to me to wipe away your tears,
You came to me and we became a lot more,
To confide in each other we had an open door,
You said you felt the three words that carry such power,
And said we shared those feelings every hour,
We agreed at our worst we’d always be friends,
But now it just seems you just want that to end,
Now you’ve closed yourself off to push me away,
Leaving me lost and confused every day,
Nothing ever goes the way you think it to be,
And in this situation you lack empathy,
