Intertwined

Rain lightly taps off our window on this quiet, lazy day,

As we look into each other eyes there’s nothing left to say,

We’ve got nowhere to go and nothing to do,

Everything that happens is up to me and to you,

As you gently trace my tattoo with your fingertip,

You look up at me, blush, and bite your lip,

Your light kisses quickly turn to something so much more,

Our fevers rising and we know we are our only cure,

Our tongues are tangled just like the sheets upon this bed,

I promise to worship you until I am dead,

Wrapped up in passion and without a sound we know that this is true,

You run your fingers through my hair as I go down on you,

We know where this is going whenever we begin,

I love the little gasps you make when I am in,

Through our embrace I feel our love and hear your heart beating,

We find solace in ourselves and know this isn’t fleeting,

We are completely in rhythm our hearts are in sync,

So high off each other, we hardly can think,

The warmth of your body pressed up against me,

The feeling of bliss has set us both free,

The crescendo starts hitting us every which way,

You collapse onto me, we have nothing to say,

Your devilish smirk is all that i see,

Knowing I am yours is what matters to me.
